Application Solution:On a large-scale meltblown fabric production line, we utilized the SA Series SSR to control key equipment such as heaters and fans.The precise control and ability to endure harsh environments of the SA Series SSR enabled the equipment to operate stably under various complex conditions, while also reducing equipment failure rates and maintenance costs. SSRs generate significant heat, so when using load currents above 10A, a heatsink should be used in conjunction. Thermal grease should be applied between the SSR substrate and the heatsink (for currents above 60A, additional forced cooling with a fan is required).
